Absolutely appalling. Good luck getting anything from these people if you have a claim to make, you'll just go round in circles while they ignore your documents, insist on different ones that don't exist, and gaslight you until you question your own sanity. Refused to even look at an excess reimbursment claim on an excess reimbursment policy. Trying to talk to them is like talking to a particularly repetitive brick wall. Absolutely terrible, you may as well throw your money into the ocean, that would at least be less frustrating and you'd have more chance of seeing some of it back again.
