My fist ever taxi insurance was dealt with by Nathan, who was absolutely great & I was very pleased with my experience, but please beware & read all the small print as I changed my address & they charged me a £160 admin fee to do so.
I have never been so upset at a charge in my whole life, how can they possibly justify £160 just to change an address ?
Please check your small print carefully & don’t get stupidly caught out like me.

I bought my taxi insurance through Riviera and I am very satisfied of their services. I have been in contact with Nathan and he been brilliant. There it was an error with my claim status and Nathan goes above and beyond to sort it out and he did sort it out successfully. I give him 50 stars for transparency and quality of customer service.
