We are provided with an Extremely high level of knowledge, guidance and support, delivered in a professional and friendly manner. The level of customer service, understanding, empathy and support is in our opinion second to none.
Communication is frequent, in-depth and two - way and above all provides in depth insight and advice relevant to our required lifestyle and any changing needs we may have.
We are confident that any planned or infrequent communication requirements are dealt with in person in an efficient and timely manner. Hetal and Minesh are fantastic. After being in a situation where I didn’t know how to direct my finances properly last year, I got in touch and Hetal and Minesh came to visit, listened and made me feel comfortable with the position I was in.
