My experience with RME consultants was terrific! I had Lauren Gallacher supporting me and my word did she support me. I had a lovely, welcoming, helpful and an overall positive experience all thanks to Lauren. I was kept updated and communication was always there and questions and queries were always answered. First year I worked for this company, I was provided shifts regularly and communicated with clearly. This second year, I have received 0 shifts in 2.5 months and was left almost entirely out of the loop. When the odd once-a-month shift was found, it was hours away from my house and usually very last minute. (An hour before the shift starts) Really disappointed when I then found out I was terminated due to their lack of available work. Incredibly frustrating and has left me scrambling for another job to pay my rent.
