I had my car repaired here and the service was faultless from start to finish. From arriving at reception, they weee polite and helpful and I had a quote for the repairs within a few hours. They kept me informed every few days on where the repair was up to and importantly for me, ordered and prepared all the parts before my car went in so I was without it for the least possible time. Absolutely outstanding service.

I was recently involved in a road traffic accident where a motorcyclist ran into the side of my Seat Leon. There was substantial damage to the passenger side door, left front wing, roof, front bumper, headlight and windscreen. Road and race did a top job of the repairs and Marcey in particular was very helpful in organising a courtesy car for me and keeping me updated while the repairs were being done. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them in future.

Where to start? Well, having had my Cayenne crashed by Kwik-Fit and undriveable, it was delivered to Road and Race for repair as one of the few Porsche approved repair Centres in the UK. The quote for parts and labour was completed within 24 hours and a detailed breakdown emailed to me. In the 5 weeks before work started, the Team at Road and Race pulled out all the stops to ensure that the Kwik-Fit insurers attended to confirm the damage. This included the administrative team making multiple phone calls on my behalf to expedite agreement. Throughout the repair process, Marcey kept me fully informed with regular updates and the repairs completed well ahead of schedule. On collection we were delighted to find that there was no sign at all of any damage, and the paintwork looking like new. Indeed, having just had the car serviced at Porsche Lancaster, they themselves commented on the high quality of the repairs. I cannot thank the Team at Road and Race enough. Their professionalism, personal service, commitment to our issues, and the quality of the workmanship, is second to none. Thank you.

(Given the circumstances) I had a great experience with dealing with Road & Race Restorations Ltd. I did a lot of research in picking the right body shop and they did not fail to deliver. Ian was great at answering all my questions prior to booking and Marcey had delivered amazing customer service face to face and over the telephone.
