Their website promises excellent cover. After trying multiple dead phone number ingot through to ask for a quote. But because I’d volunteered as a safety marshal at a road event they declined to quote. Anyone with any links to classic car events or any form of motorsport should be really concerned if they are insured with this company as according to their staff they preclude anyone involved in any form of motorsport, as apparently watching a classic car rally precluded me from even getting a quite. Scary stuff. One to avoid

Avoid this company like the plague. Happy to take your money but when someone crashes into you and you try to get them to make a claim from the third party they don't want to know, said it wasn't really there job and I should do it myself, what's the point in having insurance then. Telephone manners also need to be better as does staff training. DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Been with this company coming up 15 yrs and never had to claim. Been a top company, then out of blue today I get a letter stating they won't be able to renew my policy end of month due to change in circumstances of the policy. I rang today to get an understanding, aperntly (it's my postcode and job description), I tried to see if could change things so could stay with them and because (letter has been sent it's pretty much set in stone) ?! I'm sorry but why not talk to me rather than saying can't renew. Not happy.

I have been with Road Runner insurance for over 5 years, their service is excellent...Every time i ring a get a real person with out any holding on....they quickly sort any problems or queries.
Their website is clear and straightforawrd for vehicle updates
I do check the insurance renewal prices, like for like and they are always competitive, so have no intention of changing.

The portal wasn't providing the correct information and although asking 3 times during the renewal process for it to be looked at it still hasn't been. I renewed all the same as I've not as of yet had any issues with policy or the updating system which is the main thing.
