Ryan came to do an inspection on our home earlier today, he was great tested everything went through anything that needed to be reported or possibly repaired. He talked us through the process of what he would report back to our landlord and next steps. He was really thorough but respectful that he was coming into our home. Beth has been brilliant from start to finish. She was always positive, friendly, and very easy to get on with, making the whole process feel much smoother. Had my viewing with Ryan he was very nice and smart dressed and patient. Scarlett dealt with everything else she has been fantastic I have. Been nightmare as had a baby in between trying to get the property and she went above and beyond to make it easier for me in such a crazy time all team are polite when call. Spoke to a lot of letting agents recently as we have section 21 they are nothing compared to scarlet and the team they have here keep updated every step of the way
