We have used Robert Gerrard for many years to cover all our business insurance needs. As with any form of insurance the value really comes if you have to make a claim. For me that was when using Robert Gerrard really proved their worth beyond offering a good product at a competitive price. We had a complicated claim for a leaking roof and without the help of Carla and the team at Robert Gerrard we would not have had the positive outcome plus they were a great team to consult with and you really feel as a broker (independent of the insurer) they are on your side and looking after your best interest. They talk about being a family run business, but these are not arbitrary words, that truly is how they make you feel. I have recommended them may times and will continue to do so.
