Ignorant people that do not offer any help.

Needed to pay my council tax but they keep declining my international card (I checked with my bank and my card works fine, also works with everything else).

I asked if they could send an invoice, and if they have an IBAN number, so that my bank can send it to them. They do not have an IBAN number and refused to generate one (takes a few seconds on the WISE website).

So, I ended up asking the card details, generating it myself, and then asked to send the invoice anyway. She said, “No problem, I will do that.” Didn’t receive the invoice.

They are not helpful at all, and even sending an invoice is too much to ask.

Based on our recent bulky waste collection from Rochdale Council, very happy with the service.
I wasn’t sure they’d take everything after a set of drawers fell apart as I moved them out for collection so it was in numerous pieces but everything collected and taken when I arrived home.

This is the new home of RBC (Rochdale Borough Council) The building opened a few year's a go. It is home to the majority of the councils central service's. It is also home to the public library. There are numerous information points, meeting rooms etc. There is also a cafe called Bean on the ground floor. It's design is striking and the building is worth visiting just to see the impressive open plan design. 👍👍👍👍

Shutting down access to Hopwood Hall and the restoration efforts is another example of administrator oversight gone awry. The decision to stop all progress of an historic building that the Council ignored for decades is shocking. I love England yet expected so much better.

Bunch of lazy ignorant people
I don't understand how you run this place to start with
Staf is bunch of obese people with 0 interest in your calls
45min waiting times and ridiculous vaccination push 5 times + in that 45mi. Period.
I'm disgusted how this country rolled down the hill so fast in last 10 years
