1 years problem with damp and leaking. Bad communication

Thank you so much for Housing Standard Department for Hazard Notice 🙏 all repairs is done.

I fought for repairs for a year. Before and after photos. The workers made a new kitchen because there was damp for 1 year I couldn't put anything in the kitchen cabinets everything was in the room. I had to call the Housing Standard Department to help because RBH was not reacting, he came and claimed that there was nothing to fix. Housing Standard Department relocated me and after returning home I found my things destroyed, the panels in the new kitchen which they made, the strips at the tiles do not match. RBH did not return the money for the damage and did not apologize. Apparently he did not learn a lesson after the death of this child. RBH should be replaced with other people and I hope that Obudsman will support my claim because each of us deserves equality and in RBH they only write about it but there is a lack of action. I am disappointed.

I requested a call back from one of the housing officers, however it's been over 1 week and no response. When I chased this up they informed me that so and so was no longer the housing officer. I then asked to speak to the person who replaced that person. Still waiting for a call back. How difficult is it for people to call back? We have technology such as emails, mobile phone, messaging apps to make things easier. I feel like I'm living in the 1950s when dealing with this bunch of clowns. No empathy, no SLAs when dealing with customers!

I recently received a distressing letter from RBH Housing Association stating that I had zero debt but would still be served with a notice of intention to seek possession. This contradictory and alarming message has caused me significant distress, especially since this is not the first time I've encountered such issues with RBH.

In my experience, RBH is the worst company to rent a property from. Their communication is confusing and often contradictory, leading to unnecessary stress and anxiety. Despite having no debt, I am being threatened with eviction, which is both unjust and repulsive.

Unfortunately, I am stuck with this company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering RBH Housing Association to look elsewhere. The management and handling of tenant relations are subpar, and the overall experience has been overwhelmingly negative.

They came out and smashed the tv!! Workers are rude. Don't like being questioned about the job after spending years living in a poorly maintained house. Plaster falling off walls and they come out and put a little bit over a hole. Doesn't fix the plaster that it loose and cracking, holes behind the radiator but won't fill because they need a plumber. Absolutely pointless sending them out to fix something and there's still a problem in the same place.
