I started here a few weeks ago really nervous and I haven’t a clue about maths or where to start, but Pete the maths tutor is so understanding, patient and helpful. I can’t thank him enough for the way he’s been with me , if you want to learn he won’t give up on you till you understand. He’s made me feel so comfortable and not as worked up as I was. I had a fantastic experience completing my management qualification with Rochdale Training. The assessors really adapted their approach to my learning style (due to me being serverly dyslexic). The flexibility and support was absolutely faultless with credit to the assessor and the organisation for helping me through my qualification. Well Done !!!

Rochdale training has provided me with the knowledge I've needed for the past 4 years and I'm finally close to ending my apprenticeship and I'm so thankful that all of the staff have helped me out, I've had my ups and downs here but they've all pulled me through, I've passed every exam despite not being able to concentrate majority of the time. Karen was a star tutoring us through the course! The course was 4 weeks and very intense as there was a lot to learn but with Karen's help and guidance and Natalie to help along the way, all of us passed the course. Karen went above and beyond and was there out of hours if needed, and would always respond to messages. She was a real superhero :p

I wouldn`t even give 1 star for them. I cannot find the word what would describe perfectly well what I think about them. They are very unprofessional, not ready for students, tutors don`t really care. I had my practice paper handed in more than a month ago (10 different exam papers) and no one checked it. They couldn`t sort an exam out for me during 3 weeks. There is lack of communication there and when you write a complaint to them, they straight will get back to you , and promise everything what you wanna hear but unfortunately nothing gonna happen. I wouldn`t recommend them at all. There are much better possibilities on the market than Rochdale Training Centre. I am absolutely gutted that I wasted more than a year of my life learning with them.
