Great advice given by Steve and there for you every step of the way. This was my second time using a broker but he still explained everything in great detail making sure I was happy and understood everything, especially as this was the first time applying solo! The offices are so comfy and inviting and all the staff are great which instantly makes you feel at ease! Everything progressed smoothly including setting up life insurances etc and no blips or issues along the way. Will absolutely use Roost again!

The banks were being very difficult with us for a number of reasons, mostly because of my husband's job being self employed in property.
