AVOID!!!!! (FRAUDULENT COMPANY)

Absolutely 💯 fraudulent company
They lied over the phone saying we are go skippy

Mike clearly told me my cars going to Leeds for repairs LIAR INSTEAD it went to London

They drove my car over 200 miles with out my consent

They gave me dangerous cars to drive
Cracked tyres badly
Brakes grinding

Another car with all lights on the dash board looked like a Christmas tree also failed to brake
They put me & my family at risk almost caused me & family to have a serious accident Mike & his transport team didn’t care less as I kept reporting this to them at the end I had to hire a car & pay for it my self as these cowboys took 3 attempts to fix my - STILL NOT FIXED Below standards

I paid from my own pocket for a hire car
As I gave up with these guys & just parked they car up as it was dangerous to drive

The transport team were extremely rude

It took them 3 attempts to get my car right but these cowboys have still not put the car right

People please be warned once they get your car & money out the other insurance they don’t care about you

They have ignored all my emails

The car is a mess with dirty paint marks all over my interior in the car

The paint job is disgusting

The b pillar had a kink which should of been an insurance right off been filled & sprayed
Very poor repair

On the motorway I can still hear wind in my car

Mike you & your team should be ashamed of your selfs as you have put my family at risk

Minesh Parma from the company integrity claims, is a friendly and a very helpful person.
As a person that goes on this kind of issue for the very first time, he went step by step with the procedure and explained with every detail and patience.
He was keeping me updated for every step of my cars situation.
The company delivered my car on the timeline they said from the beginning will be delivered.
Highly recommended, but I hope you won’t need them 😉.
