We have used RTC in the past for a Maldives holiday on the fabulous Yasawa Princess and we have just booked again for 2025. Gordon is extremely helpful and ( patiently ) explored multiple flight and sailing options / prices / dates for us to come up with the best fit weeks and travel. Great personal service.

"Travel agent for the disabled" what a load of codswallop!
When using them you are paying extra for a low rank service that fails to provide all they promised.
When booking my PA has sipulated we had a suitable taxi booked. After receiving a transport voucher with the incorrect time on we advised them of the error, to be reassured that it was ok to use said voucher. I might add after chasing them to send a corrected version which they'd  originally said would be the case. On arrival there was no taxi and i ended  up having to pay for a taxi pick up from airport that I paid these half whitted, morons to ensure was aware of my arrival time, to which they failed epicly. When notified the reaponse was, apologies for the inconvenience!! plus my return I had to pay for my handluggage I had already paid for. Avoid and save your self their commission by doing it all your self. Its simple and laws on our side to help permote disabled travellers Inderpendents

I made an enquiry with this company for yasawa Princess Maldives cruise. I spoke with Gordon, he was extremely curt in his emails and just plain rude! He became abrupt and almost angry toned after I asked for a couple of different quotes. His pricing is all over the place and I’m not even sure how legit the company is. I certainly wouldn’t trust this company or place my money anywhere near this company!

Second trip this year with RTC Travel, 1 week in Prague and just got back from Paris for a long weekend. Both trips I left it up to Gordon and his team to find the best deal and hotels. Saved me lots of time as I'm really fussy and normally takes me hours, sometimes day going through the internet to decide. But RTC Travel have got it spot on, with both trips, couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely be coming back, next time we travel.
