A little over a year ago, our lives were turned upside down by a fire that destroyed the interior of our home. I was lost and felt very vulnerable. A million people descended upon my home looking to get a share of the $. I was very leery of Rubin and Rosen when they approached me and it took a little while to commit. Hiring them was the best decision I made regarding this fire. Bryan Butler and Matt Debonis sorted out everything for me. They took care of getting me housing for a year, clean up/demolition, a contractor who worked within my insurance budget, cataloging all of my contents, and most importantly, dealing with the insurance company and paperwork. I spent the last year living in a beautiful rental house instead of a tiny trailer on my front lawn. My home has been completely transformed and is better than it ever was. Bryan and his team maximized the amount I received from my contents portion so that I had enough to replace everything. This was the most stressful thing that I’ve ever been through. I can’t imagine not having Rubin and Rosen in my corner. You need someone to fight for you and shoulder as much of the burden as possible. Bryan Butler is BEST IN CLASS! He has been absolutely indispensable during the past two months. My elderly parents had a pipe burst that did substantial water damage to their home. This was overwhelming for them, understandably. Plus this was a complicated case--elderly couple with unique needs who absolutely needed to get out of the house while the repair work was ongoing (and they could not be placed in a hotel and needed an ADA-complaint residence).
