It was nice experience buying car from Rushden Motors. I was new in UK and team provided great support in explaining the whole process and choosing the right insurance. Staff were knowledgeable and genuinely committed from initial consultation to the final paperwork. Even after a year of buying car they are still responsive and resolve any queries. Car was in superb condition and a year went well with no major concern. I strongly recommend Rushden to someone interested in buying used cars.

Brought a car from this garage after a few weeks noticed there was an issue with the car which couldn't have been forseen predate. We gave them a call and they were extremely helpful, they found a garage and had it booked in and the problem was fixed at no expense to us. Had my car for nearly 5 months now and love it. All exactly as described and the guys at Rushden Motors worked so hard to get the car to me as quick as possible and was sorted and delivered within 3 days!! They’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything was sorted and fully MOTed and serviced before handing over aswell. Fantastic service!! Thanks guys

So I took my car in as PX and now I find I have paid over the odds for a car that has done 80k and should have had a cambelt done due to the mileage. I questioned if they were prepared to get it done for the price and all I got was oh if it was going it makes a funny noise so it’s fine!!!! I have booked the car in to have it done but have to wait 2.5 weeks for my garage to fit it in at a cost of £400 plus. But if it snaps in the meantime I have 8k plus of scrap metal. Very poor customer service especially as my px had the cambelt done and full service history and is now advertised with a 100% plus mark up, after a quick wash!! All in the space of 2 days!!! Be careful with this lot and check the advertised prices and what you get for your money. They are chancers and if the cambelt goes on my car while waiting to get it done. Watchdog here I come

I brought a Kia Sportage that eventually had to go back as there were a number of issues with it. Whilst Din was initially reluctant to assist, he ended up agreeing to take the car back which I lost money on as I had to pay around £400 to get to the bottom of the issues, the main one being a water leak & soaked carpet. No offer of compensation for this.

I can see the car is back up for sale so I'm hoping the issues have been fixed (it also has new brakes courtesy of me, and new mats), advertised with a FSH, as it was when I brought it. However, the service book wasn't available at the point of sale & when I did receive it, it hadn't had a service stamp since 2018 & Din was unable or didn't provide me with evidence of their service upon request.

To add, Din was very quick to try & deduct false mileage too, check the mileage on the sales receipt of your purchase.

When he picked the car up from me on 02 April 2025, the milage was 99,312, pictures taken to confirm. Current sales advert & MOT dated 30 April 2025 states the mileage at 99,060! Dodgy MOT company too by the looks of it!

*You didn't provide me with the invoice for the service as I
requested
*I paid a deposit in November but didn't pick the vehicle up until
December
*The base of the spare wheel compartment had holes drilled in
by previous owner to allow the water to escape - confirmed by
Kia
*You wanted to deduct inaccurate mileage as your records were incorrect, and you included your journey back to Rushden in that mileage
*I failed to mention any rear passenger panel damage as there wasn't any that wasn't pre-existing to the purchase (of which there was a fair bit)
*Your adverts should reflect the correct mileage
*You are advertising the vehicle with a FSH - the book has not been stamped since 2018 & there is no paperwork to support any real subsequent maintenance.
*I posted the V5 as you requested following me sending you a photo of the reference

Finally....
I did not have the car for 6 months. I picked it up on 04 December 2024 & you collected it on 02 April 2025 so I had the vehicle for 3 months, 4 weeks and 1 day.....to be precise!

I do not post one-star reviews without a very good reason to do so. I am grateful for you taking the car back, but this was only once the broker became involved. You saw a video of the extent of the water leak and offered no assistance.

Yes, the car is 13 years old but that's not considered old this day in age.
