We had a claim for property damage caused by a truck and low hanging wires that damaged our house April of 2023. Of course, home insurance wouldn't come close to covering the costs that 4 separate contractors stated so we "hired" this business to handle things since we were getting nowhere. At first we were told that this "will be taken care of", "don't worry" and we are entitled to more than insurance paid out. All seemed fine for a bit. Calls and email were answered in a timely manner. Then 3 months go by and we get zero follow up about anything going on, and still being told they are working on it. Fast forward to the "inspector" showing up to assess damage, we were told by Brenda, she will be there for the inspection. Well he showed up early, did his thing and left within 10 minutes. Even placing a call to the office letting them know the adjuster was here, we were told she would be there.......well she wasn't. She "drove by", being late and obviously he (the guy hired to complete the assessment) was gone, so she didn't stop or talk to us about anything and went on her way. After that NUMEROUS calls, texts and emails went unanswered FOR WEEKS. Then out of the blue on Nov 29th I got a text from Erdz(claim support) saying they received the adjuster's correspondence and are currently working on it. Then zero contact, zero anything for weeks. We kept calling to find out what was going on and no one could give us an answer. Finally right before Christmas of 2023 I got a call and was told "we are withdrawing our claim for your property". No answers as to why, again NUMEROUS calls were made to get an answer but they remain unanswered to this day, August 2024!
So beware, you may end up having your battle dropped by Ryan Claims and you will never get an answer why. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired too. Hardly any follow up, forget about getting returned calls too. Bad business practices from every angle. Find someone else who is more qualified than this place and save yourself the agony of dealing with them.

We had water damage due to a leaking roof and the insurance company only gave us a fraction of what it would actually cost to fix. Thanks to a friend, I reached out to Brenda with Ryan Claim Service and even though It would have been best to reach out to her before the insurance, she assured me that she could still help. I am so thankful for Brenda and her team, they didn't give up, even though the insurance company kept giving push back, they kept fighting for us to make sure we got what was actually fair and realistic to actual repair cost. Because we went to insurance first, (only because I hadn't even thought about a public adjuster), our process was a little harder and longer than usual but so worth it!
Don't take on the insurance company yourself or if you already filed the claim, don't let that be it, contact Brenda today! I would highly recommend Ryan Claim Services to any of my friends, family, and neighbors.
