As our policies elsewhere expired we gradually transferred all of our insurances here a good few years ago. That decision came from a single conversation for a comparative quote.
Pleasantly surprised how well they stand up price-wise against what look like great 'on-line' deals.
Through having that personal service and conversations with experts in the field we are able to benefit from policies that actually meet our needs far better than the online offerings. They are great at reminding us when things need renewing (which I always need) but more importantly work for us behind the scenes and have been known to contact us to advise of changes we can make to save cost or receive a more appropriate cover.
