This experience has been absolutely appalling. I was charged nearly 10,000 pounds a year for my car insurance, but my messages have been ignored, and my request for a refund of my premium following the cancellation of my policy has been refused. They claim there is a recorded claim on my policy, but that claim was made in error, and I have requested its closure multiple times, only to have my requests ignored. The claims team has used a threatening tone and interrogated me for information. They seem to disregard my messages entirely, responding like robots with predetermined responses.

If you are reading this, I strongly advise you to avoid this company. Purchasing insurance from them may be easy, but obtaining a refund or resolving an issue will be nearly impossible.

It is an excellent company, everything is good and they deal with us kindly. I hope to buy another car and register it with go girl. However, when I transferred the ownership to my wife and then told them about the transfer process, they asked us for fees. I do not know why, even though my wife is with me at the same address and the same house.

Because of a technicality Sabre paid for my car repairs saying they would claim off the AA and reimburse me my excess as the other driver admitted liability. This was back in May 2024. Four months later and still out of pocket, Sabre claimed that the AA have not responded to their requests for reimbursement and that they were taking legal action. The reason the AA did not respond is that Sabre used the wrong email address! (or so Sabre claims). I finally called the AA myself and sorted everything out with one simple phone call. When my contact at Sabre then called me to say everything is settled (which I already knew) I asked her why she didn’t bother calling the AA by telephone, leaving me to do her work for her. After a long pause she said she didn’t know. Hopeless!

Today 24/06/2024 this company took my deposit and charged me extra to cancel I did not even get to use the policy and for 4 days I got ripped of £230.00. Always read the reviews and terms and condition as they charge high interest rate. Freeway is where I found this company from on comparison sites they are a broker so be careful. Online is difficult and when you put your details and it puts wrong on and you can't change it. They provide low quotes and then rip you off when you sign up. You have to call and they first take deposit even with wrong details and when you call to amend they up the price and charge you for cancelling they take all the deposit and more .WORST COMPANY AND RIP OFFS I made a mistake but all taxi drivers read everything and understand and this company has horrible customer service with rude people they will be nice when they want your money but not when you want your money. They make you take the quote even if you don't want it. Took my money within 24 hours.

Had motorcycle stolen, sabre paid out the claim but then tried to sell the bike back to me practically for the price of the claim, even though the bike is battered and has been valued at £300 from various garages. Following this they now won't pay recovery fee that I have had to pay for 'their vehicle', the saga I mean sabre goes on

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They demanded an additional £10,000 when my daughter passed her driving test!! Then they had the nerve to make cancellation charges when I refused to pay their ridiculous £10k ransom!!
