James and Colin turned up at the time quoted, got straight to work and removed my full asbestos garage and a stench pipe in less than 2 hours. I went outside so they could show me what was done and I couldn’t be happier. The communication before hand was quick and easy and I got an instant quote, as this was the most competitive by far that I had had I accepted and work was booked in to be completed in less than a week. The quotation from Safe Environment to remove our asbestos cement garage roof came in by far the most competitive - so much so I was a little suspicious, but upon checking the Trustpilot reviews I was happy to accept the quote.

We received an appointment within 2 weeks of acceptance, and communication in between has been excellent. We received a text an hour before to let us know when they would be arriving and they came bang on time.

The job was completed within an hour, and my garage was left spotless! There are no upfront costs or cash requests, and an invoice was sent through a couple of hours later that matched the quotation, so no unexpected surprises either.

Really impressed with the speed, efficiency and professionalism from quotation through to completion. Special thanks to Callum, Steve and Nathan who were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Safe Environment are an absolute pleasure to work with, professional , knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Communication was amazing from start to finish and works were completed to the required standard.
Although based in Yorkshire, the property which required aertex ceilings removed is based in Cornwall. We live in London so never met any of the team in person but from the moment we accepted their quote - (very easy , user friendly software), we felt we were totally involved in the whole process. All our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. They took the stress out of the whole process for us. Once they started ceiling removal, the team on site had some queries re local parking etc and were very pleasant to liaise with on the phone. They sent us end of day photos of works achieved. Once old ceilings were removed, the plastering team reinstated new ones and again we received video of all completed works. On inspection later in the week, the property had been left in a good clean condition. We could not have been happier with our choice of company. We totally recommend them.

Gave me a time slot of 13:00 stating they would be with me two hours either side of that. I sat at the property from 10:00 to 17:00 without as much as a phone call. I received a call at 17:15 saying they were running behind and wouldn’t get to me until 19:30. The engineer that arrived was really efficient and completed the job in a timely manner but customer services and the time keeping was shocking. I did have another 3 jobs for the company but after that experience I will go elsewhere. Now I’ve had an email from Brad saying my review was unfair because his team worked late and went above and beyond to get the job done. Just to be clear I had no issues with the team that arrived and completed the job to a satisfactory standard. My issue was the times and communication with the office. The only time they had actually been efficient is in issuing the invoice. Brad I would appreciate it if you didn’t send me snotty emails perhaps if you communicated on the day we wouldn’t have a need to communicate now.

Very efficient service from Safe Environment company. The communication from them was excellent and we're very quick to answer any questions we had. They even said they could come earlier than our allocated appointment time but gave us time to sort out someone to be at the property where the asbestos was to be removed. Very happy great thanks.

Contacted them for a quote to remove a tiny bit of cement asbestos—most of the job was already done. Asked a simple question: can they knock a bit off the price, and can they make good after removal? What followed was a circus of slow, useless replies—minimum 24 hours for each one—stretching over nearly two weeks. Final insult? The new quote was £142 more. For less work. How? Why? No explanation. Just arrogance, incompetence, or both. Time-wasters. Don’t bother

Everything from start to finish was very easy, straightforward and transparent.
The 2 lads that came to dismantle and remove the garage where excellent. They worked tirelessly and were great ambassadors for your company. Hopefully we won't have the need but if we did, we would use safe environment again.
