Had Sam in at short notice on my rental property due to a blocked toilet and a failed electric shower
Was absolutely no problem at all. Sam organised with my tenant got the job done quickly& Efficiently at an excellent price will definitely have more work for Sam in the future on my other properties. Very impressed would recommend 100%.

Five stars is not enough for this chap!
Sam came over on short notice, identified the issue and fixed it in the same day.

He was well presented, punnctual, friendly, professional, very easy to talk to and charged a very competitive price.

We contacted Sam's Gas to help with some gas pipe maintenance to enable the installation of a log burner. Work was carried out in a really friendly and professional manner and the communication from start to finish was excellent. Would 100% recommend and use again.

I contacted Sam to get a gas safety certificate required for the sale of my parents flat. Sam fitted me in quickly and worked so hard to ensure the heating and boiler were up to standard, fitting a new boiler and updating old pipe work to make it all more efficient and meeting new regulations. His communication was superb, and he really cared about doing the job properly and being honest and respectful in his advice. Would highly recommend Sam for any gas work needed.

Sam replied quickly and carried out the work really promptly. The plumber who came to do the work was very polite (asked if he should take his shoes off) and very efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with this company from initial contact to completion of the work. I would thoroughly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I used Sam to replace the boiler in my top floor apartment in Torquay after the holiday rental company recommended him.

I could not ask for a better service from him! This is a holiday letting property and so juggling the right time window inbetween guests, working to the deadline and then leaving the place smart enough for the next guests were all essential for me. Add this to me being remote and so Sam took care of everything locally without me having to visit - what more could you ask for!

Quality of the workmanship and updates via photo mean I would not consider anyone else for similary work if needed again.

Had one of Sam's guys here today to clear drain and fit shower.
Really efficient and friendly. Got the job done and retrieved my 2yr olds rubber duck from the U bend 🙄🤣

Just 1 call and very fast response.
Booked same week in fact within 2 days of call. on site clean tidy respectful a good service and the most important fact of all a price that is affordable. Boiler service and examination of all appliances. Gas certificate issue.
