Only one branch available. Always only one person serving when you go in and huge ques. No help for disabled people who can’t stand in ques that long and staff are always rude when you complain about the time and the fact they have one person serving people. Just shut it down and do everything online. Absolute joke of a bank.

Called into the branch today to upgrade our 123 account to the edge up account which we had trouble trying to access online. Erin at the reception desk was able to do this for us very easily, she was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable & would like to let her know how much it was appreciated.

Wouldnt mind speaking to a human rather than a automotive system.. also why does everything need to go thorough a central call centre.. whatever happened to speaking too someone in local branch?
