Absolutely horrendous!!! My insurance company chose to partner with SCA as their 3rd party adjuster and nearly 2 months later, we are still battling down to the penny because they keep lowballing estimates and refuse to acknowledge the price of body work that had to be done for our car due to hail damage. They lowballed the work by $9000!!! HOW?! Do not use SCA if you have a choice. I might add, any emails they sent to me (auto generated emails where you should just insert the name) were always addressed as "Dear ," and that's just sloppy. Shows how little they care about the people they work for.

I called yesterday and spoke to a representative named christen femante and asked to speak to a manager after multiple times of asking, he stated I could not speak to a manager he confirmed that he was refusing to transfer me to a manager and that I would need to call my insurance company. I already stated why I wanted to speak to a manager he continued to ask why , I told him multiple times why I wanted to talk to a manager regarding my estimate. After another numerous attempts of asking he transferred me to a manager named jer orense right away once the manager got on the line, he stated that my case is closed and he cannot assist me and I need to call my insurance company. He didn’t give me the choice to voice anything to him. I was already treated unfairly with the first representative and then also with the manager, so I asked for their identification numbers The manager stated they don’t have those. I asked for their names he gave them I told him I will be filing a complaint with insurance division and I hung up. I filed that complaint today. I was treated very UNFAIRLY and very POOR customer service!
I was never disrespectful on the phone, I’ve worked in customer service before and I understand how customer service reps get treated. I was very kind and to the point as to why I wanted to speak to a manager and to be treated like that it’s very uncalled for.

I have a week left to inspect my vehicle (after it was stolen and towed) before the towing company claims my vehicle. SCA Claims failed to take any action on my inspection after 3 days and I'm still waiting. No follow up after my insurance gave them the case. No replies from the representative, texts, or emails about my case other than their empty website that is difficult to make contact with any person. Using their chat support got me empty promises of further contact. I'm disappointed that USAA led me to this company because nothing has happened and my time is wasted.

My dad’s truck has been at the body shop for 3 months. The body shop informed us over a month ago that Travelers Insurance is withholding his insurance payout to complete his truck because this company,SCA Claim services, will not cooperate with either Travelers or the body shop.
