They do absolutely nothing to help your situation they just make thing 10x worse… they had me on a payment plan then stopped taking the money and now made my situation 10x worse… the worst company to help I’ve ever come across… also just been told I can’t set up another plan coz it’s to be payed in full. Only working 3 days a week…after coming back of maternity!!! Not 1 letter sent or email or anything…. Absolutely atrocious.

Charged me £2,150 for a £1,000 debt.
Randomly stole £1008.41 from my bank account with notice even though I was already forced into a £300 monthly repayment plan which I couldn't afford.

Refused to take my affordable £128 monthly repayment plan.

Very illegal, taking them to court.

They have been fare with me, my dept was due to me not being able to pay C/Tax because I had a poorly paid wage it was a decision easily made, feed children or pay C/Tax. They understood and came to an agreement. The best way is to be polite it doesn't cost you anything, argue and get aggressive if you like your life to run awkwardly.

Have been consistently rude to me over the phone. Said that I have not phoned them once in the past 18 months but that is a complete lie as I have been in contact to try and sort it out between them and the council, my support worker has also been unable to get anywhere with them. A debt collection agency that are extremely happy to put you in more financial hardship

Just wow.

Always write to this foolish company. The call handlers are not professional and feel it acceptable to mock you for being in debt.

Utterly useless and aggressive in its activity.

In my case the action lacks teeth but if you are contacted by this company I recommend you immediately seek advice.

A bit hard to get in touch with them due to covid. However the lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely, very understanding and willing to work with you. It's difficult sometimes to deal with debt but give them a call and work with them to resolve the situation and to be honest feel 100% better.

All in all great friendly service.

I'd say scott and co are prob one of the most un educated people you could possibly experience having had encounters with them.many of times an getting accounts shut down for the sake of 40p there greed is quite substantial if u ask me all I want to do is pay what I can manage not what am forced

IGNORANT UNPROFFESIONAL STAFF WHO RIDDICULE & PREASSURE CUSTOMERS INTO A BLOOD OUT OF STONE ATTITUDE..GOD FORBID THEY LAND NEEDING SUPPORT FROM THEIR COMPANY..THEY ADD MORE STRESS TO AN ALREADY STRESSFUL TIME..STAFF SHOULD BE AUDITED & SCHOOLED ON MANNERS.
