I bought a Kia Rio from Seacroft Ford in September. The car was presented in fantastic condition and the handover was easy and trouble free. Slightly disappointed to find a knocking through the steering column on the drive home. I was a little surprised this wasn't picked up on road test by the workshop before handover. Thankfully the fault was diagnosed and repaired at the garage I work at and Seacroft Ford agreed to cover the costs. Overall a good buying experience and I'm now very happy with my purchase. I'd recommend Seacroft Ford and would buy from them in the future. Thank you.

Went to view a 2021 suzuki s cross after a phone call ,where a deal was agreed for my px and balance to pay.
The vehicle was already waiting, complete with trade plates ready for a test drive.
Steve was the most "un pushy" salesman,which was great,and with no obligation to buy whatsoever.
There was no flannel, sitting you down for hours, trying to wear you down into buying,or trying to pile on the usual extras which add no value to the purchase.
The agreed phone deal was honoured.
I collected the vehicle two weeks later, the car was immaculately presented, half a tank of fuel and ready to be driven away.
