Got a call from them saying they are reviewing my life insurance policy and are able to give me a better cover. Went through everything but when I received the confirmation email I realised they are a different company to my existing insurance broker. I called them back to ensure all the details from my existing cover remain the same on the new one and that wasn’t the case (amount was 30k more was the same but the cover was for half the term I currently had in place). I asked them to cancel it and they said it’s been cancelled and just to go ahead and cancel de direct debit in case they try to take payment in the meantime. A month later I started getting letters from the insurer chasing payment. Called the insurer directly only to be told Secure4Life never cancelled the policy. I suppose someone needed to cash in on their commission. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Luckily the insurer was nice enough to waive the charges despite the fact that i was no longer in the cooling off period by the time I called them.

Rang me up and informed me they were renewing our life insurance so I assumed they were from the company I currently had a policy with, this was my fault for not asking questions. When the policy went through we realised we now had two policies so cancelled this one, took a while to cancel and had a few pestering phone calls asking me why I cancelled the direct debit when they knew I had cancelled.
This was 6 months ago and to this day I still get calls asking me why it’s cancelled and that I’m missing out on their ‘great’ deal.
In fact I just had a phone call which made me write this review as I’m fed up of it.
Man with a south wales accent telling me yet again I’m missing out on their great deals, when I told him politely I had a policy with someone else that had all that included and I didn’t want anything he was trying to sell me, he just weirdly huffed for about 10 seconds until I awkwardly put the phone down.
Untrusted and weird company.

Got call few months ago who said he was reviewing our policy to a cheaper monthly premium. He introduced himself as working for the life insurance adviser who has helped getting our police in place. I completly forgot to ask for the password. We end up having a new policy, when I received all the emails I have notice it was a different adviser company. I did cancel it, got in contact with the previous one where she took the time again to explain everything and the " new cheaper policy" wasn't that cheap, it just didn't cover everything we did have in place. We have cancelled also de direct debit and today I received a letter with a confirmation of my bank details for their policy, important to say I never authorised that. I wouldn't recommend this company at all, they don't look in to your family curcunstacies, they just want the commission!

Start out helpful, then I rang to cancel within the month and was told to cancel direct debit and they would make a note of it. Hounded me since, when I told them the policy was cancelled they said they don’t have any records of this and want to charge a cancellation fee. Not an honest company steer clear and contact insurance companies directly. They are just a broker out for the fees.

I had an existing policy through L&G and thought I was on the best deal, then an adviser named Mark Turner called me and went through all the other options I had. He put me on a vitality policy that was based on my activity levels, I now get lots of benefits and I am saving over £15 per month. Would highly recommend this company and the service they have provided me. So far cannot fault the service

BEWARE!!! Firstly, they cold call - which is a no no in the financial services!! Look at the reviews, lots of unhappy clients. Many mislead thinking they were their current supplier. Lots of fake positive reviews. Any one can save you money, by removing the quality of your cover...... that is were this SALES company fit in.

Had a call from Kevin Lake today wanting to compare their prices with my current provider to see if they could do cheaper so went through the usual questions then told me to go online and cancel my direct debit with my existing provider, I asked could he send me all the details by email so I could read through it all myself to which his attitude changed & was quite pushy & asked if I did not hear him clearly & thanks for wasting his time when I said ok I won't bother swapping over to them & as he informed me the phonecall is recorded iv sent a lovely email to management to have a listen to how he speaks to people.
