Sedcom have been supporting us for almost a year and we are delighted with their helpdesk and maintenance services. Sedcom have been our external IT maintenance / consultants for over a decade.

The service has been very good. I cannot lie, there have been the very odd occasion something has been forgotten. However, in a relationship spanning all this time, there are bound to be the odd niggle.

Recently, Sedcom have persuaded us to move from on site hosted services to cloud based solutions.

This has worked really well for us and despite my original reservations to “change” - I would recommend to anybody to utilise 365 / Sharepoint.

If we ever get a suspect email that has us scratching our heads if it’s genuine or not, we send it to Sedcom and they sandbox/check it for us. An invaluable part of their service.

I would rate Sedcom 9 and 3/4 out of 10.

But I am genuinely difficult to please !

I have been a customer of Sedcom for well over ten years, so I expect the usual great service. However today they went above and beyond. IT is a area that we all take for granted, until it stops working. If you are looking for a truly customer centric IT company that will always put you and your business first, look no further. We have been using Sedcom for over 3 years and they have always been great. They reply quickly and fix any problem we have. Needed to set up a NAS and couldn't get the credentials right, and Muwahhid from Sedcom called me back within 30min of the ticket being raised, walked me through the issue and fixed it.
