I worked at this company for almost a year. If you truly put in the work and graft you do get rewarded. They have incentives and good pay and opportunities that is possible when you’re willing to work hard. However the main thing that made it a good place to work was the people, you wasn’t just a number or another employee it was like a family and everyone supported you including management. I’ve been working for sensible for over a year now and I can confidently say is one of the best company anyone can work in. I started as a sales agent and got promoted to team leader and ultimately campaign manager. The work environment is lovely and so is the staff/management team. Nathan, Travis AKA 'Trevor' and Warick were absolute gems. Everything was easy and explained to me fully. I have been super picky with which car I wanted. They have been amazing with giving me choices on my preference, even going as far as sending me links to of similar cars whilst I'm on nursing placement/doing the school run. They've been ever so flexible and have dealt with the dealer for me. A lot of stress off my shoulders so close to Christmas! Thank you lads,

Been an agent here now for nearly 6 months and the time has flew by it’s a very good environment to work in and so many people to learn from in so many ways.

The management is very well ran not only are they giving us an incentive to make more money on commission but also daily and weekly incentives
