We would give zero stars for the quality of work produced if possible. Not only did the 'surveyor' identify a water leak as an oil leak they recommended that they should do further investigations - costly, unnecessary and possibly ruining our chance of discharging planning conditions. Avoid and find an environmental consultant who can tell oil from water...
