The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Stay away from this company because all they are interested in is making themselves money and not looking after there customers best interests. Our vehicle sat for 2 weeks before they found a repair shop then a further week until they would authorize the repair while leaving us with a replacement van thus costing our company 3 weeks lose of earnings

S&G in conjunction with Lemonaid have provided the most unprofessional and disgraceful service I have ever received.
An incident happened on the 5th of August which was reported to Lemonaid. My car was towed away the same day. Lemonaid utilised the service of S&G to organise repairs. My car was held in storage and not given to the repair garage until 20 August. Totally unacceptable. I had a replacement vehicle from 13 to 27 August in which time my repairs should have been carried out. This did not happen and I have been without a vehicle and unable to work. This is costing me a considerable amount in lost income. I've been notified that the work will be carried out hopefully by 17 September subject to parts being available. Further cost to myself which is totally unacceptable. I have been lied to or mislead all through the claim process. I will be taking the matter up with the Ombudsman as soon as it is allowed.

Awful. Ticker are using this firm to handle their claims.

Slow service with no communication unless you chase them and in no hurry to return my £950 excess.

I'd have given less than one star but it's not possible.

Sadly we the consumer get no choice in who handles claims for our insurer. So the best I can advise is avoid Ticker car insurance

Absolutely awful, and sadly it seems Aviva are either passing claims to this company or have a serious leak, as within hours of contacting aviva, S&G had been notified and were ringing claiming to be acting on their behalf and that happened twice! I was sent a credit agreement to sign, but luckily read the small print saying if they could not claim it back, I would be responsible for both the repairs and the courtesy car. When I refused to sign they closed the whole claim and left my car stranded at a repair garage without any work done. I’ve since found out a lot more about this company, they are one big scam! If you have any choice, please do not go near this company!!!!

Update that it's been 6 months and my previous car still hasn't been written off. Getting no response from them or insurance company that uses them (ticker). Absolutely shocking. No emails are being replied too,I've sent about 6/7 emails to several different people and I've had no reply.
Terrible company. Had to use them through my insurance Ticker when my car was in a accident. They don't keep you updated and you have to constantly call them to find out what's going on. I had to sort stuff out myself most of the time. They also kept my car in storage and said it could be weeks/months before it's looked at until I said about going to the ombudsman and 10 mins later they suddenly had a garage for my car. Theyre just useless and they don't care. Updating also as it's been nearly 4 weeks waiting on a response. Garage has claimed the car I have is a write off whilst s&G are constantly telling me it might not be but they can't get hold of the repairer for images. Been saying this for days. Not to mention I have to constantly call as nobody gets in touch with you. They don't do anything to push it and I can't get a courtesy car due to the garage saying the cars a total loss. Bunch of incompetent employees that can't do a simple job. Not happy at all and has caused so many issues being left in limbo without a car that I need for my work and getting my son to school. Absolute joke of a company and their staff.

Had an accident on 7th of June and my car was taken away the following day. I have not been provided with a courtesy car even though my insurance says it will be. Am having to constantly chase them up for an update. It is almost a month since the accident and I still have not been told when and if the repairs will be carried out. I am having to take a taxi to the station, train to place of work, taxi from the station to work and same thing back again. Makes no difference to the company. I was told by one of the employees that it could take 6 months or a year for the parts to be sourced! The only damage it sustained was a dent above the tyre and another one in front of the driver's door. Surely these companies should be held accountable and made to pay for the inconvenience and heartache caused

Brand new van !
700 miles on clock

Minor damage went in for repair came out as following
They billed Churchill insurance for £3500 for a bit of filler and the wrong colour. Didn't prep the paint work . It's peeling off . Didn't remove any thing like trims and stickers. So there is there paint over everything. Polish that's damaged new roof bars
And then send it back to me .
Should of gone to spec savers.
I actually asked for paintless dent removal and touch of paint as a furniture sprayer of 30 years I knew it be a can of worms .hence paintless dent removal.
I have to look at this mess every time I go to my van .
It was a treat to myself and they treated it with contempt.

Ford quote £6500 to repair the repair, respray as paint doesn't match

I'm still waiting

Financial ombudsman involved now .

For over 2 months i been waiting for my car to be fixed, now out of m.o.t and no car. Every call you make your fobbed off with lies. If your not interested in getting things fixed then don't take them on.
