Ronnie Roberts and his team at Shadow Insurance know their industry! They are knowledgeable and extremely professional... always!! I first found Shadow insurance by " word of mouth". I have to say I can not complain about anything at all, they are everything I would expect and more! I currently insure a whole portfolio of rental properties as well as my business insurance for the company that I run, so there is a whole range of services I am using from them. Ronnie is very approachable for advice and quotes etc and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I can honestly say that in the last 5 years I have never had a problem and could never see myself shopping for insurance elsewhere again, why would I when every box is ticked! Very happy, give them a try you will not be disappointed..... thank you Shadow Insurance.

I got recommended shadow insurance by a friend of mine who has been using them for the last few years. I called Ronnie at shadow insurance and explained the insurance I was looking for and what cover was needed, he was very polite and professional. He took down all my details and within 30mins he came back to me with a very well priced liability insurance quote for me, so I accepted. All paper work and certificates were emailed through straight away once the payment was accepted, I will definitely be recommending shadow insurance to friends and family and will keep using in the future.

My company insurances were recently due for renewal and upon checking these I realised that the quoted new figures had gone up fairly substantially against the previous two years. A colleague passed on the contact details of Shadow Insurance who took the time to pay me a visit, check my insurance needs were met fully, and present me with a quotation that did give me a saving but also the personal touch that comes with talking to a client and building a relationship.

I have been with shadow insurance for going onto 3 years now with motor trade insurance. Previously I had my policy with other well known companies .I came across shadow insurance via goggle and liked the look of what I felt would be a insurer who knew you by name rather than a policy number.and it has been exactly that .I have had a brilliant insurer I'm shadow insurance .and have always been dealt like a person with a gentleman named Ronnie.give these guys a try I promise you won't regret it.
