Don’t bother wasting your time on these insurer.

Wouldn't usually do this but massively Robbed of my £! After the owner of the livery yard I was renting wanted to take back over I was told I was unable to cancel my insurance even though the owner was insuring THE SAME STABLES with shearwater (so the stables were technically being paid for twice) only to find out a friend in a similar situation cancelled her shearwater policy with an £80 cancellation fee. Would NEVER recommend after the way the staff treated and spoke to me over the phone. Extremely disappointed!

I'm sure they are very good at the insurance side, however, wouldn't go with them as the person I spoke to this morning was incredibly rude and quite obnoxious! Staff training required I think!
