Not only did we find the reviews to be justified, Sheens exceeded all our expectations in every way.
From initial contact through to completion of the sale Sheens provided first class service. They were professional, always courteous, maintaining regular contact with us and sharing updates on the progress of the sale from their regular contacts with the solicitors and buyers concerned.

James' valuation of the property and his advice regarding a realistic asking price far exceeded our expectations and was based on his knowledge of the local market which he was able to evidence by showing us details of the recent sales of similar properties in our area.

Sheens acted immediately after we authorised a sole agency agreement in return for a 0.75% fee. They contacted several buyers on their list of potentially interested parties and were able to book and manage viewings for us even before the property details made it onto Rightmove 24 hours later.

The bungalow was sold subject to contract to very happy buyers whose offer we were delighted to accept, being very close to the asking price - all within a few days of us first contacting Sheens.

We cannot recommend Sheens enough and will definitely go to them again in the future.
