This company SUCKS, my husband's commercial vehicle was never looked at after an accident by the so-called claims adjuster out of Philadelphia, even though my husband ask him TWICE to come to our house and look at his truck. I have no idea how an accident is investigated with a phone conversation? There was No investigation, and we had another investigator from another insurance company look at the truck, and he stated the truck was hit by SIDE IMPACT and there is no frontal damage on the truck. Our insurance company paid a man who hit my husband's truck, and then this man died shortly after. Did he have a pre existing condition? DO NOT use any insurance company that uses Sierra.

They seem to be working for the insurer, with bias. I had a feeling their estimate was low. State Farm had their adjuster come out and noticed the Sierra adjuster incorrectly estimated damages by over 50%! They were pressuring me to accept the payment too...Stay far away!

No one ever calls back
no one ever follows up
its as they are avoiding the situation and dont want to help for the claim
