Absolutely dier! been waiting 5 weeks for my card now how long does it take to print a bloody card off 👎

Just an update as the owner wanted to reply with a load of rubbish.
So the course date was on the 23rd of JANUARY and it is now the 7th of MARCH and i still do not have my card.(6 weeks Mr Owner)

As you said it was the card issuers rules, i was wondering if there rules had anything to do with me ringing up for the past 3 weeks and being told every time "ill send it today i don't know why its still in the office" but still, the card was never sent.

I've asked for a digital copy of the card and it was issued in February, so ends in February, it is now March so I've lost a whole month of use of the card already....great Mr. Owner i'm sure you're not bothered as you've received your £160 already.

I hope it didn't take longer to send because you got a bad review on Google, but either way after paying £160 and even after a reply from the owner nothing was sorted out.

1 star AVOID them, more expensive and worst quality then other company's!

Horrendous customer service.

Multiple times I have tried to book my guys in for courses and I get passed round to all different people over the phone as the person I am speaking to cannot help. Then they say they will get someone to call back and they never do. They never respond to emails and their attitude is always dismissive and rude.
