Simon is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. His attention to detail and understanding of his field is second to none.

He has recently completed surveys on two properties for us, producing very impressive, comprehensive reports along with a mass of photos. He took the time to talk us through everything over the phone and was available to answer any questions we had in the weeks that followed.

We pulled out of our first purchase following Simons report and his recommendation for a second opinion from contractors on some matters. We found another property soon after and were delighted to secure his services once more.

Simon is incredible at what he does and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and extremely thorough surveyor. Thank you Simon!

Simon is a thorough professional. He is very friendly and a great communicator, you get the opportunity to talk to him before and after the survey about points of concern.
The report he provides can be described as comprehensive.
We consider ourselves knowledgeable about property but you cannot possibly spot all of the issues during a house viewing. Simon gives confidence that you can enter into a house purchase with full knowledge of any problems.
Simon has completed two surveys for us recently - one helped us avoid making a terrible and very expensive mistake. We cannot recommend him highly enough - we would not trust anyone else to do a property survey.

My partners brother recently purchased a house and used Simon as his home surveyor and couldn't speak highly enough of him and his work. It was then a no brainer to get in contact with Simon from hearing via word of mouth and first hand experience. From the moment I contacted Simon he was nothing but clear, quick and professional in all dealings via email whilst arranging a home buyers level 2 survey to be carried out on the property we are purchasing. After a date was agreed and the estate agents we are purchasing with made known to Simon, he made all the arrangements with them for the day we wished the survey to be carried out. This cut out myself acting as a middle man between Simon and the agents which I was very impressed with. On the day of the survey Simon gave us a rough estimate of how long the survey normally takes on the particular property and got in contact with myself not long before he was finished so I could go meet him at the property. Upon arrival Simon was extremely polite and it was a pleasure meeting him. Simon then gave us a full run down of the property with all the issues and good points he picked up carrying out his survey. Simon spent over an hour with us at the property which was extremely helpful and explained everything so I got a better understanding of what he carried out and how. My partner and I left the property after speaking with Simon knowing that we 100% made the right choice in choosing him to carry out what we had asked. The report of the property then arrived off Simon a week later, very comprehensive and detailed which was of great benefit going forward with the purchase of the property. I couldn't recommend Simon enough and will be recommending friends and colleagues who are purchasing property. We will definitely be using Simon again if we move property again within the near future.
