We needed to review our pension portfolio prior to retirement, especially working our whether to retain one or both of our defined benefit schemes.
A 'regulated' type review was required if we were to shift funds out DB schemes. Everything was conducted professionally over video conference calls.
We received good clear advice taking us step by step, developing our understanding and helping us to reach our own conclusion in line with Mark's recommendation. Happy with the outcome.

Mark Thewlis and his team provided me with regulated advice on whether to convert a GMP pension policy to an annuity or to transfer the funds into a SIPP. The advice provided was clear, substantiated by facts and unbiased. The process was complicated yet Mark and the team persisted to a clear, unbiased recommendation supported with facts. They also provided additional guidance on the LTA and it's impact on my options. I was very satisfied with the result.
