From start to finish the whole rental process has been amazing, any questions or concerns were addressed in a professional manner. From the initial viewing to picking up the keys has been stress free. They even allowed myself to pay a little bit more to allow the rent to be taken on payday each month. I rented a property from simply estates for just over a year and had such a good experience with them! Any maintenance issues were sorted within a week of reporting and really straight forward through your online account. I had a really great experience with Brooke she was lovely and very helpful! Be fair these guys explained everything before the holding deposit I was advised by what the outcome was so knew the risk before hand and there applications are straightforward. The canopy rent passport was good too it's a service that I recommend having. Also the online service with bieng able to see rent payments. Downside was on my own part with my current estate agent withholding money which is now sorted out. But be fair I would recommend simply estates for at least trying to help.
