I’ve always found the staff in this branch at Taunton extremely helpful!! Especially Jade & Ocean who go the extra mile everytime I see them!! There is always a room available to speak in private so no one can overhear your business which I think is very good as a lot of places don’t provide this now!! A nice pleasant place to visit and use ! Brilliant !! Good Efficient staff !!Thanks guys!!

Tried to open two new accounts prior to
Christmas 2023 but ran into complications. My wife and I now live in Northumberland and visit Taunton but it can be an issue sorting out issues due to the 800 mile round trip.
I went into the Taunton branch and was introduced to Ocean Payne. I found her to be extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.if only more businesses had staff like Ocean. She sorted out my issues and kept me in touch with any issues which she did.
Also a mention to Kate on the reception desk who again was very professional.

Staff in Taunton are very friendly and helpful but beware of going through the main office to make apt’s. Main office doesn’t necessarily know local circumstances. Protocol procedures are length due to data protection but guess that is true everywhere now.

Not acknowledged when walked in, stood for a couple of minutes completely blanked. Wanted to open a 3 year bond . Will go else where now .

Very appalling , changing our mortgage to another lender should have been simple but with all the hold ups , we have been charged and extra £336 on top of our already paying £760 a month mortgage payments so thank you Skipton !!!!!!
