I did my sleep study with intus while waiting for one with the nhs. As sleep apnea was affecting another treatment I'm on.
From the start Intus were extremely helpful and responded to all my emails the same day.
When the sleep study equipment arrived the instructions were clear and straight forward and very easy to setup.
I got my results back in quick time and was up and running with my cpap and Intus helped me choose a mask that fits how I sleep.
I'm now clocking up 8 hours a night after a week of adjusting to the machine and feeling refreshed.
Intus have been brilliant with me and I highly recommend using them as they have a wealth of knowledge.

I can highly recommend the at home sleep test offered by Intus healthcare. It's well organized, easy to do, and they produce a really thorough report which you can then discuss with your GP. In my case, I was looking at a long delay to get a sleep study, and felt unsafe waiting that long. Intus are really well organized, supportive and can advise you on next steps, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I bought the Sleep Apnea test. Delivery was fine, but I did not appreciate emails rushing me to do the overnight test within a week, otherwise I could be charged extra. The results were received by email and I really enjoyed reading the full and detailed report that arrived in the post. I opted for the follow up video call consulation, and Jay was very helpful indicating which products could help me with my positional sleep apnea.

I did this overnight PAT test to exclude apnoea and or desaturation.
It was easy to do if instructions were followed carefully and my sleep wasn’t disturbed. Possibly easier if partner available.

This was easy to carry out with excellent instructions, having sent the completed test over the app in morning @8am, received my results at 4pm same day, had a 15 min consultation by phone 48hrs later, a first class service and follow up communication .

Don't bother if you suffer from Insomnia. Tried it on but the device was uncomfortable and clunky - you might as well get the Apple Watch which gives information on sleep apnea and more. Customer service is great don't get me wrong, they followed up and offered to do the test again since I didn't have it on for the time needed - but I just couldn't fall asleep with it on. £170+ wasted on a useless piece of plastic, wouldn't recommend.

Test was easy to do and fairly priced. The results were detailed enough to give me a better understanding about my sleep. If you suspect you have sleep apnea give this a go.
