This company is awful,in all my years of working and I retire in 3yrs,so I've worked some places.
This company can't seem to get the pay right,the clocking on system is a joke,hardly works but they stop yr pay for it,ive been left since the 13/12/24 but still waiting for my last pay today I've sent 3 emails and rang the office and still no pay or anyone willing to say when,but I've a wage slip saying I was paid on 3/1/25

Not even worth 1 star. Employed my mum in West Derby Comp & her supervisor bullied her from day one and now owe her £300 and have not paid her and she is getting ignored when trying to make contact. Beware

They don’t pay there staff and my family member is still waiting for her wages if you ask me this is very unprofessional and if u look at most off the reviews they will tell u them same

Not payed my family member her wages for holidays what she took at Christmas I’m not happy as she works hard and not getting what she’s owed if she doesn’t get them I will make sure she takes it further I believe u do it a lot with ppl u won’t last forever if ur doing tht if don’t sort it it’s going to tribunal!!!!

Previously used SMC Premier Cleaning Ltd and found the staff to be very pleasant and take good instructions. Did a great job with the cleaning and available to do additional jobs as and when required. Would definitely use again and recommend as a contract cleaner.

we utilised SMC Premier Industrial Cleaning services for our new hospital facility in London, our initial Company let us down and they were able to supply a team of Cleaning staff over a weekend prior to our Opening of the New building and we passed our CQC visit.
