Called S&P as a potential new client needing some financial advice regarding bridging loans/equity release and whether there are other options available.
Diane Fish called me back, summarised the brief details I’d already given, then made assumptions about what we could achieve without asking me the relevant fact finding questions. Assumed I had not done my due diligence so spoke to me in a very condescending tone, then essentially chastised me for asking for advice when she didn’t have any of the finer details she needed (she hadn’t asked me any questions!!!)
She was overall impatient and ill mannered, and so she received the same in return from me when I ended the phone call.
