Absolutely awful! Wish I could give no stars, I called up to enquire about what would class as a claim (mechanical faults) and they said no it wouldn't and still PUT A CLAIM on my policy, meaning i would have to disclose with any new insurer and would cost more! I had to fight to get it taken off for only a month later to find its still there as a notification! And I would have to still tell new insurance! It's disgraceful, I was told my policy is cancelled and it still went out of my bank because actually it wasn't cancelled and now I'm fighting to get my no claims discount back ! 1 hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing, I've never had an insurerance like this before, disgraceful! It has caused me so much stress.

Great price until it comes to actually trying to make a claim. They send you to a different company who are absolutely useless. 2 weeks with no vehicle now and still waiting.

Offered me half the price which I paid for the vehicle
Not an British company
All the previous ratings are fake
It like dealing with children there not honest
