Avoid using this company.
They use Allianz who will ignore you then refuse to pay then hang up on you.
travelled to Switzerland on holiday via London and France. Refuse to pay a theft claim that occurred in London on the way home. The say I wasn't on holiday anymore because I was in the UK even though the policy covers UK.

Case has been referred to the ombudsman

WARNING - DO NOT USE SNOWCARD - this is a complete rip off insurance company. I have just spent 4 months trying to get a medical claim paid. They have used every trick in the book to avoid paying, from losing the claim to never answering the phone, to worse still hiding deep in their policy that they don't cover continuing medical support back in the UK. USE ANY OTHER INSURANCE THAN SNOWCARD. Spread the word so you and your friends are not given a false sense of security that you are insured for any simple ski injury

Absolutely appalling service. Impossible to make a claim online, the website doesn’t work and will not accept any submissions online. Hours on hold to Allianz with no avail. Do not use.
