This policy's are absolutely scamers! I had motorway car incident 4 years ago, I wasn't be able to work for another few months after this incident. They want me to pay the rest of my policy in one go while I've been on direct debet plan. They never pay me for my car which was total lost. Now after few years I've got letter from them there was £00,00? damage to my car(it's beentotal lost) and now asking me to pay £1400.00 I'm going to take another step with this scamers and report them where necessary.
Avoid this bunch of scamers!!!

Where do I start someone hit my parked car. As I was unable to find who done it I had to claim off myself. Its now nearly 2 months since I see my car and still no closer ever seeing it or knowing when it will be fixed. The company offer no help and pass the blame to other companies. No courtesy car nothing. This is really affecting my mental health. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Stay away! They are also part of GO SKIPPY insurance and they use Premium Credit Limited | Premium Finance who are just as bad. You cannot get through on the phone and when you do they are not helpful, they charge you £75 to cancel your policy even when you have just made a payment plus other policy charges so you end up will a bill of around £300 when you cancel your policy. They also ask you for your name, address, date of birth and phone number before your can speak to them and they claim its for GDPR, Yet sometimes you are only asked for your name and address. They do not understand English well and can be quite rude. It took me over 2 hours to make the final balance payment once I cancelled the policy and I didn't not feel it was a secure transaction and so used a Virtual Card to make that payment with. I would not recommend using them even if they give you a cheaper quote because in the long run it won't be cheaper and will cause you more problems.

I have a policy with go skippy insurance. I paid the premium for replacement vehicle, during my claim someone messed up and forwarded me to AX when the claim should’ve been handled in house due to third party being with the same insurers and was told I will get a replacement car while mines getting repaired the same day, my car was recovered from my work place and had no contact. 5pm hit was told I won’t get a car until Monday…. Meanwhile I had plans over the weekend to have my children and needed the car to pick them up from a different city. I have then called back go skippy and was then informed that the claim has changed to in house and AX is no longer dealing with the claim and I had to call Sparta group for a vehicle, then themselves have informed me that it will be earliest Monday. I was the cheekily advised by go skippy to pay for my own rental with my own money and IF the car was authorised I will be reimbursed which is a joke, when I ask to speak to a manager I get put on hold and when the person comes back I’m still not speaking to a manager and theyre saying nothing can be done.

Meanwhile back in February I was rear ended and I got a replacement car before my car was even taken away? And the car was from enterprise rent a car. So I don’t understand the customer service logic….. you told me I will get a car one day and then tell me later I won’t until a later date and nothing can be done. Make it make sense. I regret renewing my policy with go skippy.

Then after I’m trying to explain what they can do to rectify the issue the guy is saying “I’m not sure if you understand” yes I understand that you guys messed up and are not willing to fix it.

Nina informed me aswell it would be sorted for me. Which was a lie, customer service team is full of liars and I cannot respect it

Avoid. Cancelled policy and was told I was due a refund. 1 month later I received a letter threatening a debt collection agency will be contacted in a couple of days if the outstanding balance is not paid.
Must do this to lot's of people.

I would give them minus if I could. They are sat there on phones not knowing their job or what they are doing. Just keep passing phone to different people and makes your life difficult. I insured with skippy thinking it’ll be good but this has been the worst experience in my life with an insurance company.
One person say something else and the other says something different. It’s like they all don’t have access to the same file and same system.
How this company is still running I have no bloody clue. If this has happened to you as well don’t waste your time to complaint because they are useless with everything. Just Suing them is the only option left

Following a conversation over the phone, where it was agreed that my insurance is to be renewed, it wasn't. I drove without an insurance for over a month, and I had to receive a letter from the Met police informing me of the fact. No letter, no phone call, only an email which went unnoticed. Make no mistake, they call you without hesitation when they want your money through a renewal, but if it's something that you would benefit from, forget about it.

my display screen had a line through the middle 3 months after my vehicle was repaired. Obviously, the impact of the incident caused the issue. was told by the customer service department to get a quote, and they will pay for it. Got it repaired and sent in the invoice, and today was told they can not pay for it.

we can't really choose the underwriters when we take out a policy, but this company is a shambles.
