Fantastic sports massage with Sophie. She was easy to talk to and before the treatment I had the chance to discuss problem areas with her - old injuries and stiffness. She was very professional and respectful. The pressure of the massage was perfect, very firm and I could feel the crunchy bits being worked out! I could tell she had sound knowledge of muscle attachments and functions. I slept well that night and the next day I feel looser particularly around my upper back and ankles. I intend to make it a regular part of my routine, highly recommended.

Totally different kind of massage from Sophie compared to a robes & slippers establishment, which is nice for a treat 😉

Sophie is fantastic as what she does. She is very knowledgable and works extremely hard on problematic areas to resolve issues. Defiantly the best sports massage I’ve had to date, would have no problems recommending her.

Sophie is very friendly and instantly put me at ease. I have a scoliosis and regular deep muscle massage really helps. Sophie did a really great job in relieving tension and in places I wasn’t aware I had it. She also explained the reasons for this tension and what I could do to strengthen certain muscles. A great experience and at a very reasonable price.
