They have advertised in leaflets and other sources that they would discounted quotes. But actually there far higher than the rest of the process quotes online. Its completely misleading the public, selling such manner taking all the infomation and let them lure to give the expensive or same priced insurance.

Customer service is horrific, staff should be trained properly for the job, completely drains time.

In one word Great! I've been suffering to get a quotation with cheaper price since I got my driving licence in July this year. But nobody could offer me a better quotation with reasonable price as I'm bit younger and newcomer in UK. I was bit hopeless for a while and suddenly I got to know about them through online and went to their office to find a quotation for myself. Shockingly they gave me an extremely reasonable price for me! And I didn't think twice to buy a policy from them as that was really unbelievable price for me. And their behaviour towards the customers is so kind. I'm really happy and grateful at a same time for their kind service.

Very rude management. Asked them how secure their payment system is considering the fact that they want me to give my bank account details and the guys response was I can leave his office. You claim to have 9 years experience but don’t know how to answer simple questions that has to do with a clients financial safety. Fact that they are defensive means that there’s something fishy. I strongly recommend not to use them!!!
