Total scam. These guys pretended they would pay for damages then tried to weasel their way out of any liability. Don't wait, sue them immediately. Brent Federico was patronizing, acted like a teenager and would make long insincere exhaleing breathing sounds into the phone. He also just repeated the same thing over and over for three weeks without making any attempt to settle the claim. Absolutely insulting. They should not be allowed to continue damaging innocent families. They represent Aone Comercial truck insurance, their conduct was commensurate with criminal negligence.

Absolute worst experience ever. I do not recommend negotiating with this company directly, hire an attorney and file suit immediately. They will do all they can to drag their feet and get out of paying what is owed. Dana Smiley was the rep we communicated with and she had no compassion what-so-ever throughout the process. For this company to treat us like they have over the past two months, is an absolute shame. Someone really needs to look into the business practices of this company.

These guys have a terrible reputation amongst body shops. Several I spoke to said be very careful or you will get screwed or left on the hook to pay for repairs they weaseled out of. Plan on them dragging their feet as much as possible, denying liability and expecting you to just roll over and take it.

They sent me releases that had a LOT of mutually exclusive and contradictory language that I would have been a fool to sign (verified this with my attorney). Even pointing it out to them they refused to make the changes that would have made sense. Art, the rep I dealt with is a patronizing and deliberately obtuse pain. Their appraiser only looked at my vehicle in my work parking lot which and not when the body shop tore it down to inspect so they tried to deny liability for a lot of damages.

This outfit is sleazy. If you are forced to deal with them make sure you get everything in writing ahead of time and I wouldn't recommend signing anything until the work is actually done.
