Neil is such a good adjuster that he is licensed to work on claims in Indonesia somehow. Now that's professional. Neil, how does that work? Who licenses you to be an adjuster in Indonesia? Did you have to travel 60 times to Indonesia to handle all of these claims and then closed them all in a month? I see your responding to the 60 or so reviews stating you did work for Indonesians. I would love to learn how to make money over there as a PA as well.

They have a unique (these days) approach of underpromising and overdelivering. I was impressed by their constant contact with me throughout the process. My claim, which was a result of severe water damage to my downstairs condominium by the upstairs unit, involved three different well known insurance carriers, all playing the "point the finger" game.
