My phone was stolen and since I already bought a new phone, they agreed to pay the full amount in my bank account. The customer service was friendly and the claim was sorted out in timely order. However, I had to wait for the money quite
sometime, over two weeks, before they hit my account.

So pleased with how this company dealt with my claim. Had my phone stolen abroad and then flew home the next day, so was concerned I wouldn't have the sufficient documents to claim i.e. Police report docs etc. But the claims process was made so easy - uploaded the documents I had, and they requested more and luckily I was able to provide what was needed. I then had to make a contribution payment to cover the cost of my phone, which was so easy to do. My replacement phone was then sent within 2 days. I then had an issue in that I was sent a black phone rather than the silver I had (i know this sounds silly and superficial but it was a brand new phone so i wanted to make sure I had the one I wanted hahah!). Simply sent them an email, and they advised to send my phone back and they will send a silver one. Within the next few days, I had my silver replacement.

Cannot speak highly enough, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, helpful and knew exactly how to deal with my issues. So rare in an insurance company. So thankful and will definitely be insuring my phone with this company every time I travel from now on 🙂

utter scam bags.

Randomly started taking money out via DD they incorporated into a phone purchase via a 3rd party provider.

Never signed up for their scam insurance. Taking them to FOS for a refund. Managed to collect more than £100 from my card.

Try and avoid this company at all costs as they avoid paying out if they possibly can. They ask questions which CANNOT be answered even by the phone manufacturers such as at what time and what date did you first use your phone. Will be reporting them to the insurance Ombudsman when my particular case is finished. Why the phone manufacturers and other insurance companies recommend them is just beyond my comprehension

After reading all these reviews I panicked when I sent my phone of and to be honest they where amazing only sent phone on Thursday and just received it today fully fixed so I reapply wouldn't believe what you read thats why I've given them 5 stars amazing work guys thank yous so much

Avoided this company at all costs
they will just take your money and you will never get a claim back
i am taking this company to court for fraud and thefts.
waste of time and energy dealing with them.
very very very very very disappointing

please do not go with them

they cancelled my claim without ant notice or reason

They will try everything to avoid you and delay your claim and at the end of it , they will close your case without any reason or explanation.

Try everything to get out of claim. Then a really bad repair done and phone still not working. One word to sum up. AVOID ! Took an unbelievable amount of time to repair.
